Thank you for your response. FASTQ output is the first step, but I'm also interested to see how many modifications were detected (output in bam format). The problem appeare during sup,5mCG_5hmCG,6mA. I will also try slorado now.

Also, they usualy do not cover dentistry and theatment for some chronic ilnesses and some types of cancer.

Besides, statutory helth insurances partially cover some potentially harmful things like homeopathy, osteopathy, iridodiagnostics, etc. At the same time they provide no coverage for early cancer diagnostics, certain vaccinations and other very important evidence-based approaches.

IMO, the major problem of genAI use in science is the absense of framork and functional regulations. That is why I do not see how this problem could be addressed by creating a separate specialized genAI platform.

What's about legal regulations/legal framework? Because any constraints should be maintained by someone and there should be a clear procedure in case of any breach.

IMO, such an approach could have some serious drawbacks. The reason - wild competition for funding and no ethical policies for the use of AI. In short, there is a certain risk related to feeding original ideas to AI.
Besides, I did not get what is the main aim for such a system.
