and i think individual journalists are thinking this is an attack on their work, it’s not. it’s an attack on the whole system we have. like i know strib can’t cover the power and the money in our elections because strib is in bed with the power and money!

re: this claim, there were several submitted challenges that contained made up rules that are not in any DFL governing documents claiming secret ballots are required. it is unclear if this was the work of AI or not

o'brien says challenges require the submitter to affirm the information is "true and correct," it is not up to the CBRC to prove anything

I invited the pro-HERO campaign to respond, and despite the clear positive impact from telling trans people's stories and confronting the hate, they still gave an "all lives matter"-type answer and pivoted back to veterans. They unsurprisingly lost and HERO was repealed 61%-39%. It wasn't close.
