And the GOP says that a national health plan “would require people to change doctors.” That phenomenon has been the norm of employee-provided health care for decades as (a) people change jobs, (b) employers change plans, and (c) doctors change networks.

Content is what is inside a container, like Niblets or Cheerios, or maybe furniture inside a house. When it gets consumed, the residue is waste, like ash or poop. Those terms are “inventory” framing, inappropriate for creative expression. Expression and information get experienced, shared, learned.
