Good points. Definitely a lot of capacity needed for such roles. I was thinking of those National Parks in Kenya where the Masai for instance operate (or maybe towards your point co-run/ co-operate alongside experienced managers those "glamping" sites. Or may be we just let folks be.

Tourists are also pushing for Local ownership of accommodations and shops too it seems.’
