Spring cleaning on economic blackout day. I was reminded that I buy too much stuff I don’t use. But I decluttered enough notice my air plant pushing out a flower. Cheers to life’s small gifts.

Is Ikigai overhyped? Saw a video from someone in Japan amused by how the West uses it for self-help. Really, it’s about everyday joys—a meal you’re excited for or time with friends. Still, in times like these I love using it w/ student/clients for personal development. I’m rolling with it! #Ikigai
