I did really well today 😁 1:09:59 😍 I really pushed myself, and I’m so glad I did, that’s the best time I’ve done in ages. Although my knees now don’t really work 😂

Thanks Matthew, it’s good that we know more, but still scary nonetheless. Hopefully I’ll have a less anxious night tonight. Got some days off next week, so going to spend them not doing much, try and relax. I appreciate the support and care 🥰❤️
