This week has been a lot and I’ve been quite upset 😩😭 I do have good news though - I had feedback on my first apprenticeship project, and it’s “exceptional” 😁 I’m so proud! Glad I’ve got #parkrun and @matthew-wright.bsky.social on @lbc.co.uk to help me process the ups and downs of this week 🎧

Over the weekend there was a development with my dad which is worrying 😟 so I decided to book a therapy session for the first time in eight months, and it was tonight - I feel so much better, it was nice to offload to someone who isn’t family and discuss what’s going on without judgement 😊

I skipped #parkrun this morning, as I had a really anxious night ☹️ given what’s going on family-wise, it would make sense, but I feel myself getting worse generally, my thoughts spiralling a lot 😩 I’m sad to have missed my run and listening to my (unpaid) running coach @matthew-wright.bsky.social 😜👟
