W granted charging order for unpaid spousal and child PPs.
Fixed costs regime (CPR 45.23) applies to family cases meaning only fixed costs of £110 are recoverable unless court 'orders otherwise' (it did)

W granted charging order for unpaid spousal and child PPs.

I was privileged to represent a Mother who gave some of most impressive evidence I have seen. HHJ Roberts made findings of coercive and controlling abuse was very critical of the Father for putting forward unfounded counter-allegations of abuse.
