Emily Beer represented a parent, 'SC', in this recent decision, a FH before HHJ Robertson. The court considered the approach to Care Orders at home and to risk assessment. It was an ‘exceptional case’. The children were placed at home with 'SC' under a Care Order - www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWF...
