No Senator was elected to let the President or some unaccountable billionaire decide how YOUR tax dollars get spent.

Let me be clear: CONGRESS holds the power of the purse, and NO President can unilaterally abolish an entire agency or ignore our appropriations laws.

It's very reasonable for normal, upstanding Americans to make clear that they won't stand for unAmerican trash like JD Vance. Everyone has their limits.
🚨 BREAKING: After torpedoing yesterday’s meeting with Zelensky, JD Vance fled to Vermont for vacation—only to be met by hundreds of furious protesters.

Couldn’t have happened to a better guy!

They may want Berlin 1933

But we can make it Paris 1789

This is great coloring book about trispot darters in Alabama and Georgia and things and creatures they encounter in our river systems. Good stuff!

Thanks, for sharing this @jacquelyngill.bsky.social

A federal judge has just ordered Musk to get out of Treasury’s computers. We are fortunate there are good lawyers representing democracy. Normally that would end the matter, but in this era there are legit questions about compliance & enforcement. We live on the edge of a constitutional crisis.

New term:
Sanewashing
Thank you. It is exactly the correct term to describe how I am feeling about MSM headlines and content
this is the sort of thing people like aaron and myself see all the time and we understand the msm is sanewashing him, as the great @parkermolloy.com noted, when they clean all this up and present him like he's a normal boy.

for example, look at the ap report and compare it to the absolute shit

Hypocrisy at its fucking best.

How is this even legal? 🤦‍♀️

Now, I remember when Donald Trump was always talking about Hillary's e-mails. What about this e-mail?
