In Left 4 Dead, the Witch detecting the player is unaffected by the flashlight. Voice lines play that reference this mechanic, it's even shown in the original's trailer, people will swear up and down that it's a thing, but the functionality simply does not exist.

I need to try DOOM mapping again. I should just force myself to pump out some speedmaps with a hard time limit sometime because EVERY time I go to make something I just spend ages detailing and realize after a few hours that I've only made the starting room

I occasionally see people describe Madoka Magica as Buddhist, and even if that's a part of it, I feel like the religious elements are more about Christianity
