So with the new guidelines the combined mmr will no longer be an option? The only option will be monovalent? And I guess if so then monovalent children wont have as a robust vaccination response? Thanks!

Just curious. Are monovalent vaccines less efficacious or just more opportunity for missed doses?

Caveat: some meds are designed with certain pharmacokinetic goals in mind. Aminoglycosides, for example generally work better with higher peak concentrations, so splitting the dose up is counterproductive despite achieving a smoother concentration
