Went to the supermarket looking for local honey. Found one English, one Greek, and every other brand available said ‘a blend of Non-EU honey’. Even the B-Certified, family owned, planet caring ones.

We need an alternative to this current practice. I personally believe we need more investment back into social care to prevent many of the health problems that add pressure on ED departments.

I found myself sitting in a coffee shop today, which doesn't happen often anymore. I was just popping my coat on to leave and ended up engaged in a half-hour conversation with a man at the table next to me. Social media is not social. Get out there.

Let’s stop debating whether or not there’s a mental health crisis. There is.
Mental health makes up 20% of health issues but only gets 10% of NHS funding.
There are 2 million people on a waiting list for mental health support.
This is not a culture war issue. It’s real and urgent.
