Edmonton is leading the country in housing starts, development, and affordability. In the last four years, we have built more affordable housing than in the entire previous decade. This agreement builds on that record of action.

Through the Downtown Student Housing Incentive, we will help create an estimated 500 new rentals designed for students and offered at prices they can afford, close to campus and near amenities such as libraries and transit.
