I cannot bear milky/creamy drinks so I make water kefir and it’s really easy, you just need a couple of bits of kit and the grains. Here’s my little fermentation corner - I’ve got kombucha on the go too, plus home made sauerkraut and I sprout seeds/lentils/peas etc. too.
