Come Jan 20 at Noon, we will have an illegitimate President. Trump engaged in an insurrection and is thus barred by Sect 3 of the 14th Amendment. It's no different than swearing in as President a 25 year old born in another country. Still illegitimate. Every decision Trump makes is legally invalid.
