Idc, idc, this is unacceptable. I've worked in QA before and testing a new pack with every combination of installed packs is some basement level standard for testing. If you don't have time to do this for all the packs you chose to release, that is a problem of your own making. STOP MAKING PACKS 😤

What I love about Brazil is that today is Black Friday. And last week it was pre-black Friday. And in October we had the warm up to Black Friday. This month is black November. In July we had an out-of-season black friday. And sometimes it doesn’t even need to be a Friday, it can be a Tuesday Friday!

So more about this issue: neighborhoods containing residential rentals or apartments like in San Myshuno are impacted, not only for objects put in the world using TOOL, but also random items lying there (plates, glasses), plants, collectibles, etc. Keep a back-up of your pre-patch save if possible.
I created a bug report as this issue could have impacts outside people using the TOOL mod (anytime objects are placed in the world) :
