I finished Love/Aggression by @theworldsgreatestwriter.com and loved it - the ending blew me away. Really glad I had a bit of this hilarious book as a treat each day. Wish I could play Mario Kart in the multiplicity room of the house!

I was thinking about this scene during the diner part of “Listening to the Toilet” 🚀 Except it would be “Have you heard of the Soniferous Aether? Have you ever experienced the sound-shadow?” Book 4 is so insane (complimentary) that it almost feels easier. Like I’m just along for the ride

“When the War came, some people thought it unpatriotic of GE to have given Germany an edge like that. But nobody with any power. Don’t worry.” lol 🚀 I think diversions like the Byron chapter are some of my favorite parts. Sad that the robots our actual mechanized future aren’t crabs that chew gum

I saw somewhere online that the phone call interrupting Pirate’s banana breakfast at the beginning might be from the Sir Marcus Scammony we meet at the end of book 3. Kinda cool connection even though he’s, uh, not the best character! 🚀
