I remember seeing the news that her whole team had been let go mid project. Tanya has given so much to the community in so many forms. I'm so sad so many of my associates in this industry are in this position right now.
So I did the thing before I chickened out (or came to my senses) and threw up a GFM as a stop gap measure. I hate doing it more than anyone will hate seeing another fund raiser.

This is the second time I've been rejected from/punished for something, not based on the merits of my work or efforts, but based on whether someone I don't know likes me or feels uncomfortable around me. I feel...bad. Especially when no one tells me why. Its frustrating but I'll keep my head up.

Had to write an uncomfortable. Message today. My bookclub decided that they were going to celebrate Dia de Los muertos and the plans went very much "white people are planning this". Mind you, we have 2 Mexican members including myself. Neither of us were asked our feelings 1/?

You guys have been waiting on a stream schedule and I'm going to give a general one. I'm titrating myself back into streaming so we'll do two days a week (Friday and Saturday). As i get into the groove, I'll add a week day . Time zones are weird but I'll probably be on tonight around 11 p.m. kst

I really do hate how much of the book space romantasy takes up. And this is not in a "people can't enjoy things" way. This is a "When I try to get a book recommendation online its the same arc type 1000 times" type of way. And then if you politely say, that's not what I'm looking for then... oof.
