It's hardly news but just been reminded tonight how much hate is out there. I'm not engaging but reminding myself of the words of the fictional Agent Albert Rosenfield " I reject absolutely: revenge, aggression and retaliation. The Foundation of such a method is love."

What a beautiful day. The sun shone on the massive crowds gathered Parliament Square and St James Park to protest the Supreme Courts recent ruling against trans women, that is, in fact, a ruling against ALL women.
Circumstances meant I had to attend alone today, but I was far from alone.

I hate how Zelensky was treated at the Whitehouse, but to turn a negative into a positive, the number of world leaders publicly showing their support for him in response, warms my heart.
