There's a stat block for manananggal in the Pathfinder Tian Xia World Guide (which is gorgeous and spectacularly nerdy) and I'm a little maniacally gleeful about this in particular. Particularly love that separating their bodies is specified as a three action activity.

I was lucky enough to get to watch Marta play multiple times, when she was with the Los Angeles Sol for their one and only season in the old WPS league. I still remember how this absolutely palpable energy would fill the entire stadium whenever she touched the ball. Respect to an MF'ing legend.
