I love it. That weighted end sends the thud deep (and it’s pure thud).

Picked it up at a truck stop in Indiana.
I have a pair of black-plastic-coated “tire thumpers” (they’re batons), I got online, that are fun for body-drumming.

1- Rubber tubing whip
2- Hickory “tire thumper” (w/ 8” steel bolt)
3- Black walnut & curly maple mallet
4- 1/4” neoprene rubber strap

7- Cowhide single-tail whip

They’re very soft actually, and when struck they give more “thud” than sting. I bolster the core with rubber that gives it a little extra density (more thud).

They can be used as an introduction toy, or you can “swing for the fences” and have a solid impact scene.

It’s basically a flat flogger.
