My stress and anxiety levels are through the roof right now. As a highly empathetic INFJ, I barely survived the cheeto-in-chief's 1st term. Every day was something new to be ashamed of, and embarrassed over, and made me sick to my stomach. It felt like a slow death. I'm dreading the new normal.
