Glassware: Coup or Rocks Glass
In a shaker without ice add:
1 egg white
2oz whiskey
1oz fresh lemon juice
1oz simple syrup
Shake, add ice to the shaker, then shake again. Double strain into the glass.
Optionally, garnish with a few drops of aromatic bitters.

Here is a video of a frozen creek that had begun to thaw, and the water was flowing beneath the thin ice on top. I took this because it was soothing and wonderfully bloopy and I wanted to listen to it for hours. You are all welcome to enjoy it, too. Let your brain settle here and rest for a moment.

I actually think, from a strictly tech perspective, AI is cool and useful for particular things, like protein folding and diagnostics.
What alienates me is this feeling that it needs to be shoved into EVERYTHING, or this push to have it replace everything that makes human life worth living.

Considering that New Year's is coming up, I figured I'd repost this prosecco cocktail from about year ago. Usually I make champagne cocktails on New Year's, but I'll definitely be making a few Salazar's Treasures this year!

In a shaker with ice add;
1 oz floral gin
1/2 oz velvet falernum
1/4 oz fresh lime Juice
Shake then strain into the coup glass, garnish with a lime wheel and edible glitter, top with extra dry prosecco.
