#scalesandstones Valkoinen castle is like a combo of Neuschwanstein and Hohenwerfen, built upon a mountaintop overlooking the city on the bay. It's built of white granite with roofs of purple slate, reinforced with spruce beams. The doors and passages are tall and broad to fit its inhabitants

Considering that New Year's is coming up, I figured I'd repost this prosecco cocktail from about year ago. Usually I make champagne cocktails on New Year's, but I'll definitely be making a few Salazar's Treasures this year!

Glass:
A coup glass with a salt/sugar rim
In a shaker with ice add;
1 oz floral gin
1/2 oz velvet falernum
1/4 oz fresh lime Juice
Shake then strain into the coup glass, garnish with a lime wheel and edible glitter, top with extra dry prosecco.
