Gorgeous day for a walk. Love that the church closest to my house is doing a free food little library that’s a mini replica of the church. Also love the new rec center that’s almost completed.

This house makes me super sad. It’s historic & was beautifully maintained. Sold to a MAGA this summer. They mowed ONCE & are just letting everything go, near as I can tell

This pot kitty. But at least he doesn’t run when he sees me in the window today. MK appeared and gobbled up the canned today big course I said hi to him ♥️

I honestly can’t tell if there are 2 black cats or if this guy worked up the courage to dip his head in the shelter for treats I sprinkled in there. Earlier & usually he’s absolutely terrified of everything & constantly jumps & slinks around. MK has disappeared again for days ☹️

It’s Monday so it’s busy. But of course I had to move this so she could tuck her paws and apparently her whole upper body into the radiator fins 😸

Finally got to cord management today. Metro didn’t let me choose where to put the box & the fiber cord is super thin (combo is not great with cats). Glad to get that mess of cords cleaned up. The equipment also gets way too hot so I bought a coated wire organizer to allow better airflow

Overnight temps have dipped & the water was frozen solid this morning so I broke out the heated water dish. Been trying to put canned out for this baby-absolutely terrified of people. Just getting him/her this close to the house was hard. No way gonna use the house, but I turned the pad on overnight

Two more shots of kittens that are in a room off of the sanctuary. That orange tater tot was unbelievably small next to Old Man Abraham (white with black spots). Abraham has very bad arthritis and gets to go wherever he please, including this room & the kitchen. He deserves it

They did a rescue from a farm situation & there are lot of sick kittens there now. I took pics & am hoping the best for those babies. Folks who run Furball love kitties so much. No other group I know would take farm/colony cats, especially sick ones. See alt text, as usual

I’m SO excited! I drove everywhere last year trying to find gluten free pumpkin for the holidays. I even went to specialty stores. Other than one that I think was $40 or $50, I couldn’t find any (even online). I know it’s easy to make but I’m tired & hate cooking 😝

Still some winter projects (trimming the insulation panels). Trying to row a bit, so rearranged so I don't have to move it to the living room & back every time. Tricky as the monitor blocks the view & the rower is looooong. Scarring in abs hurts, but manageable for 20 mins. Working up to 40 😁
