New Year's resolution for 2025 is to actually learn KiCad, and design a PCB—and get it to a working state.

Many of my projects hit a dead end when I get to 'and I need a custom PCB to get from X to Y', and I want to change that. And unite that what I've learned in CAD/3DP in 2024!

An RL Library in C++ that seems pretty fast github.com/rl-tools/rl-..., pretty amazing that someone managed to code all of that stuff in C++ and that it's so efficient (it can even train models in an apple watch!)

How do LLMs learn to reason from data? Are they ~retrieving the answers from parametric knowledge🦜? In our new preprint, we look at the pretraining data and find evidence against this:

Procedural knowledge in pretraining drives LLM reasoning ⚙️🔢
