I might also use chopped pecans. Not as pretty but easier to eat.

Mine didn’t quite look like the picture and set up more like regular cooked oats than baked, since there’s no flour and no leavening. They’re creamy and nice, not too sweet.

Very much same, only ever been 3/3 on a podium, but I do love racing! Great camaraderie and it’s fun to push myself on the bike and explore challenging riding conditions. But there’s no loose rail grade in CX … yet.

There’s a longer lever and a shorter one. The longer lever moves independently and the shorter one nests in and activates both, so I assume that uses more water.

I prefer a lever style to a button. In public I’ve only seen this as an up/down on tankless toilets but there seem to be some classy home style ones too.

Yeah, it’s tough because the symptoms can be so vague and diffuse, and the drug isn’t exactly quick-acting so I feel like I never really know, even it it’s “right” when I’m at the doctor.
