By treating symptoms of systemic failure as personal defects, these practices protect oppressive structures and shift responsibility away from societal change, and put the blame on individuals for struggling (in systems that don’t even meet their most basic human needs).

What does it mean to be human? To be included in human experience? How many structures & organisations include people with Profound & Multiple Learning Disabilities? Our community centres, village fetes, celebrations, adult education centres, churches, working man's clubs Inclusion is a mindset.
