Waiting for act 3 is about to be the longest week of my goddamn LIFE

There's a few, actually. Signalis, Telltale's The Walking Dead, Life is Strange. Even something as simple as LEGO Indiana Jones.
Question for you all. What is a video game or movie/movies that you wish you could experience again for the first time?

For me, the video game would be Skyrim. It was everything I wanted it to be when it was released.

The movie/movies would be the Lord of the Rings Trilogy. I watched them...

If you're a writer, then you're a writer.

No need for "aspiring" or "hopeful" or similar qualifiers.

Oh, and welcome to Bluesky to all of the new writers here. 🙂

Reminder that these remakes are happening solely because labeling a thing as "live action" that's like 90% cg animation avoids having to pay union animators, and instead can use cheap un-unionized VFX animators

In your job hunting experience, which is better, a longer one or a shorter one? I keep having these short interviews and they always make me so anxious.

I have to say, Twitter took a bad turn for the worse, the WAY worse, since the election. Every comment from anyone with a decent heart is being mocked in the grossest way.

It's not even fun to make fun of those people, who are probably bots anyway.

It's liberating not to bother engaging.

It's funny (?) because this whole thing is the closest we've come in years to having a precedented time. Many things are unprecedented but this one, boy, we know all about it already

I think a lot of us need to at least passively recognize that BlueSky only worked as a jump-ship opportunity because the foundation was *already there* by the time the desire to switch became real.

A lot of the features we’re already using didn’t EXIST here a year ago.

We owe it to the site staff.

okay, so. i have bipolar disorder. we have a suicide rate of about 1/5. i've basically spent my entire teenage and adult life trying not to kill myself. so with that in mind, here are my tips on how to hang in there: 1) don't isolate. i know all the excuses. but don't do it
