That's completely fair. My therapist made me stop setting expectations and had me focus on my core desire: I miss singing and want to try taking voice lessons.
Maybe think about it as "is acting/improv something I still enjoy?" Find that answer and then ask the next question.

You don't need a career driven reason. You can take lessons to bring something you love back in your life.

if you get born, you deserve comfortable shelter, plenty of food, and comprehensive healthcare every day until you die for no reason and with no strings attached. that is the only civilized society. if any part of you disagrees, it might be time to consider whether a Cybertruck is right for you
