Their reply sidestepped my question by way of a PR script about a specific event I didn't even mention

She cites protections under the UK Equality Act 2010 and Articles 8 and 9 of the European Convention on Human Rights, emphasising dignity, safety, and the right to express one’s gender identity without fear. Aliza stresses that access to changing rooms, fitting areas, and toilets appropriate to a person’s gender is essential, and denial of this can cause harm. She requests explicit confirmation that Trans and Intersex girls and women, boys and men, and Non-binary people can use the facilities they determine are appropriate, attend bra fittings without issue, and be free from harassment, abuse, or discrimination. She concludes by stating that reassurance of M&S being a safe, respectful space for Trans+ people—particularly in gendered shopping areas—would be impactful, and thanks them for their time before signing off with her name, pronouns (she/her), and note that she is an M&S customer.

A deliberate dangerous smear and toxic tactic rooted in bigotry

They've written to Kent Council leadership, condemning them for the alarmingly unconstitutional behaviour of Reform councillors - drawing chilling parallels to Section 28
