Settler on the Salish Sea
Sask has one single giant Liberal riding covering half the province, Alberta has 2 Liberal ridings, and BC has 20.
How do PM Carney, Smith, & Moe expect to drive yet another publicly-funded oil pipeline thru B.C. when Carney only won those 20 BC Lib seats last time by 0.7% of the vote?

10 years ago delegations of joint Lib & Con MPs & senators held Canada-Israel solidarity rallies in Jerusalem while Israel's Operation Protective Edge rained down on Gaza.
Here they are leading a sing-a-long of Oh Canada.
Lots of news & publicity for these events in Israel and none here.

You kinda do, according to LNG Canada's map of export routes below.
Also here's a local map from LNG Canada of LNG Canada's route from Kitimat going south past Hartley Bay where the ferry ran aground to Douglas Channel and then north into Hecate Strait.

Will there be any actual farmers in today's farmer protests or will it just be convoy people who like ostriches?

None of the 12 Major Projects greenlit by Carney's office so far are located in the province that just lowered the number of voters required to have an official petition to leave Canada to 177,732 voters.
Presumably future petitions to have Alberta and its resources join the USA won't help either.
November 14, 2025 at 3:29 PM
Dear USA:
Instead of starting a whole new war to distract from the Epstein files, wouldn't it be easier just to release the files and leave it up to Fox News et al to explain to the public that diddling little kids has always been a time-honoured prerogative of the ruling classes.

Greenwashing rules to be scaled back.
The oil lobby group "Pathways" representing Canada's 6 biggest oil corps pulled its entire website after these rules were first implemented last year.
But now the Carney gov's own budget is also called Pathways".

Number of domestic birds impacted by H5-subtype avian flu per province as of Oct. 21, 2025 according to the Canada Food Inspection Agency.
This is prior to the 7 new outbreaks in BC, which is a flight path for migrating wild birds twice a year.

Did you hear the one about .....

Thank the gods Carney cut the luxury yacht tax, eh?
No longer will people buying a yacht worth over a quarter of a million dollars be burdened with a luxury tax.
Ditto your private jet or helicopter, luxury car worth >$100K.
At least they didn't call it the Canada Strong & Free & Proud Budget.

Trudeau offered a warning at the Canadian Club of Toronto in 2015:
"a backlash against the elites was looming... The country needed a plan “aimed squarely at restoring that sense of fairness, otherwise Canadians will eventually entertain more radical options.”

5 minutes ago the Toronto Star changed their headline to the same link from:
"Ceasefire tested as Netanyahu orders Israeli army to carry out ‘powerful strikes’ in Gaza"
to
"Gaza ceasefire tested as Israel and Hamas exchange fire and blame"
Someone get a phone call?
October 28, 2025 at 5:56 PM
Wow. They changed the headline to that link since you posted it. It now reads:

7 more outbreaks of bird flu in BC.
This is why bird flu is a big deal in BC:

Well, luckily land masses don't vote, but unluckily neither do a lot of people.
Here's a map from last year showing the percentage of votes each winning provincial party received from eligible voters.

Here "House Arrest" guest Tom Marazzo says they'd been planning to launch something like this show for a long time and hope to take it on the road across Canada.

Dear Pierre
If you don't like your wife being criticized, maybe you shouldn't have her do your dirty work for you.
You know, stuff like reposting about the former PM meeting with pedos and hosting seminars in the offices of an all-in-one e-commerce platform that defends selling Nazi memorabilia.

Mark Carney on Mishal Husein's podcast on Bloomberg Oct 15.
She's a good interviewer - tough but not gotcha.
She asked him about his seeming reversal of his famed climate stances, like scrapping the climate tax, etc.

Shouldn't the licence plates say "Strong and Free and Proud"?
Because I'm pretty sure the Manning Centre aka Canada Strong and Free Network funded the 3rd party Con advertisers called the Canada Prouds as well as the Canada Strongs and the Canada Frees.
