In 2009 Anouar Brahem released “The Astounding Eyes of Rita” and I probably played it on repeat for a year. Since I discovered Anja Lechner, the cellist, I’ve been discovering her older work with French pianist François Couturier. I just discovered that all three have been entwined.

In 2009 Anouar Brahem released “The Astounding Eyes of Rita” and I probably played it on repeat for a year. Since I discovered Anja Lechner, the cellist, I’ve been discovering her older work with French pianist François Couturier. I just discovered that all three have been entwined.
