I almost forgot to tag off my Clipper at Redwood City Caltrain!

I did BART+Muni+Caltrain to get from home to Redwood City for the Move Bay Area West Bay Summit.

I never waited more than 10 minutes for a train and didn’t sit in traffic.

This is how I roll. I show up for others to promote the greater transit story in the Bay Area. It isn’t just about telling BART’s story but the industry in general and its role in the Bay Area’s ability to move people and keep the economy thriving.

The time has arrived. @rebeccaforec.bsky.social do you remember when you tried to help me allow us to publish videos of each BART line from the train operator point of view?
We finally did it and plan to screen the video this Saturday at Concord Station.

The Trost family on @bart.gov heading to Kendrick Lamar and Sza.

The freeway sign said downtown SF would be 60 minutes, we will get there in about 20!

I love these new advertising posters on BART.

Thank you Ca Dept of Public Health for sharing this important message with our riders and supporting BART through ad dollars.

The sweaters were a viral hit from the jump and I’ve spoken to dozens of agencies about how to launch and turn a profit on their own custom sweater. While they are a great brand awareness stunt, they also generate money for BART.

I’m overjoyed to see so many agencies launch sweaters this year.

It all started in 2021, when I landed a WSJ article: “San Francisco’s BART Tries Ugly Christmas Sweaters to Promote Ridership” after I posted a social media video of the BART General Manager and I dancing around the BART system in our sweaters.

I’m excited to share a gender and safety on transit report that will help BART and other agencies evaluate their approach to safety and evaluate changes made to make transit more welcoming.

I worked with the Alliance for Girls to develop this Evaluation Framework: www.bart.gov/news/article...
