Morning Run! Running with my friend Erik and the skies opened up. Rain storm! I love Dennis. Dennis saw the storm hit and got into the car and drove to find us and pick us up. Today I didn't measure anything. I'm just glad to be home and dry.

A sad day! I adored my Grandfather...the first person I came out too. He said "What matters is that you are who you are and that you're happy. I would love you if you were a witch that flew with a broom!" Today is the anniversary of his passing last year. So much of who I am came from him!

Me on bass. A band with high school friends in NYC. We all lived on the same block across from Central Park. The band named "Nebbish." Later I switched to drums and played with a college band at NYU...named 'Mercy Sound'...the name wasn't my idea.
