I ended up getting this, a Nuphy Air75 v2. Whilst no-one suggested this particular keyboard, everyone's suggestions helped point me in the right direction (so thank you).

Ttrpg design is wild because half the time you're thinking "I wonder if I can make people do vector calculus to resolve an attack check" and the other half of the time your game is called Monster Butts and the rules are that if a monster hits you with its butt you become a monster.
