Noise must be managed by regulatory controls. Heathrow’s own adherence to noise-mitigating obligations is inconsistent, and breaches carry no meaningful consequences. Noise doesn’t stop at 4000 feet! These section worry me re noise simplification and the trials… it’s complex but good to respond

Noise must be managed by regulatory controls. Heathrow’s own adherence to noise-mitigating obligations is inconsistent, and breaches carry no meaningful consequences. Noise doesn’t stop at 4000 feet! These section worry me re noise simplification and the trials… it’s complex but good to respond
