Did this in 2017 with the family. Left the car in long-term parking for four weeks, no problems. The driver from the lot to the airport wanted to talk about the CityPlace project. He was very concerned about the planned height of the buildings. 😅

Yep. The battery needed to be replaced and sadly the quotes on a replacement battery were close enough to the cost of a new laptop that it didn't make sense to hold on to this one.

How polished do they need to be? A very quick and dirty method is to record a zoom meeting where you share your screen (or equivalent). If you need to do more editing, then OBS is free and Adobe Premiere is $$$.

I made yogurt with a dedicated yogurt maker many years ago; finally gave up bc it wasn't nearly as good as Green Mountain Creamery. It's possible the dedicated makers are better now, but if you can make it in an instapot I'd be tempted to try that first.
