The outrage just absolutely all over this, utter horror by the investigating officer.

Agreed. Unfortunately, this Board is exactly what Ukraine will have after the peace deal is concluded. And here goes all the "security guarantees" for Ukraine. Pathetic there's no one in Europe who is able to reject this crap out right.
