I have met the EHRC leadership twice now and am unimpressed with their 'interim update', their wider reasoning and their interpretation of the Supreme Court judgement.
I have written a letter to the EHRC to urgently raise concerns about the Draft Code of Practice consultation after the ruling. I am proud to say that 32 of my colleagues have signed it too.
