Today is World Mental Health Day. As an Army EOD officer and a Reserve Sheriff’s Deputy, I’ve seen how stress, trauma, and isolation can stack up.
I also lost my dad to mental health struggles, and I carry that with me every day. Asking for help shows strength, not weakness.
