The truth is that PTSD isn't always called by big-T Trauma, like physical or sexual abuse, natural disasters, or war.

A constant stream of small-t trauma can produce similar effects in our brains. We can experience flashbacks due to the way our episodic memory for traumatic events is much stronger.

Three-cueing and whole language should be outlawed from every educational institution on the planet.

If you're poor, you're dying.

If you're rich, you're still spiraling.

It's almost like endless accumulation, consumption, and growth are antithetical to human nature...
