The truth is that PTSD isn't always called by big-T Trauma, like physical or sexual abuse, natural disasters, or war.
A constant stream of small-t trauma can produce similar effects in our brains. We can experience flashbacks due to the way our episodic memory for traumatic events is much stronger.

It just makes it look like they said, oh, shit, I had to scrap my weekend at the lake house because my flight was canceled. Or worse, the airlines called and I sold out my constituents at the order of the Delta CEO. I’m no Senate whisperer but when people look at the math it isn’t great.
