The Culture series: Start with Consider Phlebas, if you like that, then there are several that come after, including The Player of Games, Use of Weapons, The State of the Art, and Excession. It's pretty balls-out writing--fast-paced, interesting, full of personality. I'm enjoying things so far!

Neuromancer, Pattern Recognition, Snow Crash, Zodiac, Futuristic Violence and Fancy Suits, Name of the Wind, Red Rising... Most of these have great follow-up work, too.

I've also seen just "ground" occasionally used as a shortened term for ground beef... Personally though, I think that just sounds gross lol

Not sure about other places, but in the USA, "hamburger" is also just a slang term for ground beef, and Hamburger Helper helps the ground beef become something more like a full meal. Or at least that's how I interpreted it.
