Just been trying to get life done. Doggo has been having hip issues for 6 weeks now. My one knee is pretty shot. Nothing exciting to post. Got a state award for my nonprofit group being the most active in the state for equal rights and assisting in local politic appointments

Status update on my knee injury junk. Still healing. Can mainly walk for short distance and not with such a huge limp. Just starting to be able to go up the stairs slowly.
Got cortisone injection yesterday in hopes that I can work on stairs more.
They are having me see a Surgeon for partial knee

When you cash out your 401k, when you are going to retire, be careful that they take out the proper tax %.

Therapy Monday screwed up my hip joint from exercising as slide squats. Feels like it's not able to fully move freely. That issue normally works itself out after awhile but sucks to be limping from hip & then limping from knee. Body doesn't know how wants 2 limp.

It's already been 2.5 mns 😑

My mom now has a cat. She's still in denial. It's a stray that she got the humane society to take the kittens and adopt out... But the momma wasn't considered friendly and couldn't be adopted.

Me in my 20s: Falls down flight of stairs. Brushes self off and gets on with life as usual.

I just threw in some thin cut potatoes/onions with red pepper flakes and a couple of sausage links at the end. Made for a nice breakfast for us.
