Liquid Glass is the biggest design crime in Apple’s history. Even putting aside personal preference for minimalism over maximalist design, from a pure usability standpoint it is absolutely beyond awful.

I've been looking into US alternatives for tech startups to de-risk a small software product I'm working on and thought I'd share.

For cloud (AWS, Google, Azure), the main alternative is OVH. It's a French company that has been in business for over 20 years. You can even use Terraform with it!

I've been saying that new models are going to be less about hardware and more about data and technique. This shows exactly that. The real winners in AI will be the ones with the good researchers, not the ones with a big cloud.
