Russia fired an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) from Astrakhan Oblast of Russia at the Ukrainian city of Dnipro during strikes this morning, according to Ukrainian Air Force.
If confirmed, that would be the first case of ICBM being employed in combat in whole history.
