I'm really curious how they classify "senior employees". What in there methodology is separating donations from the CEO vs. donations from someone like me who just works at an Ace store? When I donate, I still report my employer.

Keep in mind there is no "corp" in the sense you're probably thinking of. While there is a corporate structure, it's collectively owned & controlled by the participating stores.
