She is well practiced - a very long list of novels and other material. I have read a few but her genre is not really my cup of tea. A bit too American provincial

Lord Patten 100% reflects my view, particularly the point about the dangers of this all undermining our democracy

Came to the conclusion obernight that the only way forward would be for Govt to put an emergency order before Parliament to get rid of the Board and put in place a new set of Governance arrangements that are fit for purpose

I read the piece and was a bit taken back by Lewis continuing to defend Gibb etc al saying he thought they were trying to protect the BBC in their own way
