yeah so Take It Down Act is actually way more nefarious than is being discussed. This is the way to categorically ban legally protected adult content (a goal since the dawn of the modern web) under the guise of protecting adults and kids from sexual exploitation.
BTW the criminal exceptions suggest that anyone who has ever published consensual porn of themselves may be excluded from NCII protections. It’s not limited to a specific image, just the fact that a body part was once exposed.
This aligns w/anti-porn activists’ aim to punish/deter adult performers.
